The à la carte and bistro menus vary with the seasons, but the essence remains with well-composed flavours, beautifully plated dishes and attention to detail. Classic flavours and well-known dishes from different parts of the world are placed in new contexts.
You'll also notice that restaurateur Stig Grönlund is a wine lover. The carefully curated wine list includes everything from renowned labels to hidden gems.
Cosy outdoor seating
When the sun starts to warm up, Indigo opens its bohemian-style courtyard where you can enjoy lunch or the bistro's summer-inspired menu. There have been quite a few favourites over the years, some so popular that they never leave the menu. No bistro or AW menu at Indigo is complete without the legendary Indigo burger or Toast Skagen! Of course, there's always a children's menu and the option to order smaller portions for the youngest members of the family.
Summer rain and chilly evenings are no problem – with a roof, sliding glass doors heaters and good company you'll stay warm and dry.
