Join a wildlife safari and meet red deer, fallow deer, wild boar, ostriches and llamas in the wildlife enclosure in Eckerö, Åland's own savannah.
It's an incredible experience to see these magnificent animals up close. The tour offers many memorable moments and great photo opportunities. You'll even get the chance to feed several of the animals.
The safari wagon starts at the car park next to the Åland Hunting and Fishing Museum in Käringsund and departs every hour during the high season. The safari ride takes about 45 minutes, with several stops in the 34-hectare wildlife enclosure.

Combine your visit with a stop at the safari shop. In addition to exotic meat products and ostrich eggs, you’ll find souvenirs, soft toys, as well as coffee, soft drinks and ice cream. Perfect while waiting for the safari wagon – or after your safari tour.
