Ultility articles and handicraft The Sjölund’s folk museum contains of utility articles that has been on the farm since the beginning of the 1900’s.
The collection includes handicrafted wooden articles from the turn of the century to modern factory fabricated plastic articles.
The collection is a unique and interesting document depicting how the old fishing-and farming society, founded in the do-it-yourself household times, step by step enters into today’s technical consumption society.
Exhibition by previous arrangements.
At the museum, the children can participate in adventure workshops where they can play old-time games.
Open: 15.06 -12.08 Tuesday - Thursday from 13.00 – 16.00. For visits outside the opening hours additional agreement is necessary.
Entrance: 1.50 e, for children under the age of 12 free of charge (for groups 1.0 e per person)”
