The Von Knorring museum

The Von Knorring museum is located at Pålsböle, Finström some 300 meters from the Finström church.
Since the year 1995, the Finström Committee for Culture and Recreation uses the bottom storey as an exhibition area. Every year, an exhibition theme with bearing on the locality is chosen. Most items are collected locally.

The Title of This Summer's Exhibition „Retro - your Grandmother's cookie jar and your Grandfather's Brylcreem".

„Retro - your Grandmother's cookie jar and your Grandfather's Brylcreem" is the theme for this summer's exhibition, where most of the items are from the 1950-ies and the 1960-ies.
Everyday objects, furniture, chinaware and vinyl records give us a glimpse of the design language and the spirit of the time.
